Delivery

We are currently only making deliveries to addresses in the UK.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the goods cannot be posted through your letterbox, you will need to rearrange delivery or collect the device from a local depot.

In the event of non-delivery, please allow 21 days before contacting us. Postal regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time.

If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product within 14 days you can arrange to return it for refund to the card used at purchase or swap out with another product of same value.

We will replace your goods if there are technical faults, or issues due to improper workmanship during the warranty period. If you wish to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused we will refund the purchase, but we will not refund any original delivery costs.

Cityikon will only accept the Products returned that are:

(a) Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the Products.

(b) Returned Products to Cityikon should contain all items included in the original Product.

(c) All returned Products need to be tested and the fault verified before any refund, repair or replacement can be issued.

Not covered by warranty:  Broken screens, casings, water damage or any fault caused by accident or use.

For items over the value of £30 please send the goods by Recorded post. Please retain proof of postage when returning items. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.
